Galashiels body find 'not suspicious'

Police have said there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death of a 21-year-old man in Galashiels.

The man was discovered at around 15:20 on Wednesday at his home in Torwoodlee Road.

A spokesman for Lothian and Borders Police said door-to-door inquiries were carried out and scene of crime officers had been involved in the investigation.

However, he confirmed that the death was not being treated as suspicious.
