Dumfries Carphone Warehouse mobile phones stolen

Police are investigating the theft of mobile phones worth about £70,000 from a Carphone Warehouse store in Dumfries.

The incident happened at the premises on the town's College Mains Drive sometime between 21:00 on Saturday and 07:50 on Sunday.

Police Scotland said "high value" phones had been taken during the break-in.

Anyone who saw any suspicious activity in the area has been urged to come forward with information.
