Seven sheep killed in dog attack at Kirkpatrick Fleming

Seven sheep have died following a case of sheep worrying in Dumfries and Galloway.

Another six sheep were found injured on farmland next to the Westlands Activity Centre at Kirkpatrick Fleming.

Police believe two large dogs were responsible for the attack, which also left a number of sheep in shock.

Officers believe the incident happened between 18:00 on Saturday and 13:00 on Sunday.
