Four men deny Annan pub assault charges
Four men from England have denied charges of assault and threatening behaviour in a south of Scotland pub.
John Connors, 29, of Eynsford, Kent, Patrick Connors, 26, of Hatfield in Hertfordshire, James Rooney, 18, of Runcorn, Cheshire, and James Rooney, 38, of Bicester, Oxfordshire, appeared at Dumfries Sheriff Court.
They denied the offences alleged to have been committed at The Shed pub in Annan in September last year.
A trial date was set for October.
The trial will be held at Dumfries Sheriff Court.
