Body found by rescuers searching for missing climber
Rescuers searching for a 69-year-old climber who failed to return from a trip in the Corrie Fee area of Glen Doll in Angus, have found a body.
Police said the man, from Dundee, appeared to have been swept away in an avalanche.
Police, mountain rescue teams and an RAF helicopter launched a search about 2140 GMT on Friday after his family raised the alarm.
His body was found below a gully at about 0330 GMT on Saturday.
Tayside Police said the man, whose name has not yet been released, was a very experienced mountaineer and fully equipped for the conditions.
