Aston Martin driver dies in A91 crash

A man has died after he lost control of his £110,000 luxury car on a Clackmannanshire road and landed in a nearby field.

Police said only one vehicle - an Aston Martin DB9 - was involved in the crash on the A91 between Blairlogie and Menstrie.

The road was closed after the incident at 1010 BST but has now been reopened.

Central Scotland Police have appealed to anyone with information about the crash to contact them.

The name of the driver has not been released.
