Dundee police condemn 'despicable' theft
Police in Dundee have described two teenagers who robbed a man with cerebral palsy in the street as "despicable".
The boys stopped the 28-year-old man in Victoria Road on Tuesday evening and then stole electrical items from him.
Tayside Police said the man was uninjured, but left "extremely upset" by the incident, which took place between 19:00 and 20:00.
Both the teenagers are thought to be aged 15 or 16 years old.
One of them was riding a red and black bike and had short blonde hair. He was wearing a light blue jumper and walked with the victim for a time.
The second boy was wearing a light-blue hooded top with the hood up and smoked.
Police have appealed for anyone with information about the theft to contact them.
