Council in legal bid to evict protesters from Dundee camp
Dundee City Council is taking legal action to evict protesters who have camped in the city centre as part of the worldwide Occupy movement.
The Occupy Dundee group has set-up camp outside the Nethergate church, not far from the local authority headquarters.
A council spokesman confirmed it was raising proceedings in the city's sheriff court.
Earlier this week, the protesters failed comply with an order giving them 24 hours to vacate the site.
