Michael Nolan charged with Dundee John Kennedy murder

A 43-year-old man has appeared in court charged with the murder of Dundee man John Kennedy.

Michael Nolan entered no plea at Dundee's Sheriff Court and has been remanded in custody.

Mr Kennedy, 63, was found dead at his home in Mossgiel Crescent in the Linlathen area on Sunday, 29 April.

Police have been trying to contact visitors to Mr Kennedy's address, from where he used to sell cigarettes and tobacco.
