Mountain rescue teams have found a body during the search for a hillwalker who went missing in the Highlands more than two weeks ago.

Michael O'Grady, 64, from Irvinestown in Northern Ireland, was last seen walking in the Ben Alder and Loch Ossian areas on Sunday 22 December.

Police Scotland said the body of a male climber had been located in the Corrour area, to the west of Ben Alder.

They said there appeared to be no suspicious circumstances.

A report is being prepared for the procurator fiscal.
