Man arrested after Dundee hit-and-run crash
A man has been arrested after an 87-year-old woman was hurt in a hit-and-run crash in Dundee.
Police Scotland said a 57-year-old man had been traced and charged with road traffic offences.
The woman had been crossing Hospital Street, in Dundee, at 07:42 on Wednesday when she was struck by a car.
She suffered a head injury and a broken pelvis, but was conscious following the incident. She was taken to Ninewells Hospital for treatment.
A report is to be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
