Police have issued CCTV images of two suspects in the robbery of a jewellers shop in Dundee.

High-value items were taken from Stephen Henderson the Jewellers on the corner of Union Street and Nethergate at 15:55 on Friday, 6 February.

One of the suspects was wearing a distinctive fur-lined hat, and the pair, who are thought to be from Liverpool, ran off towards the city train station following the raid.

Officers have appealed for information.

The duo were also seen earlier that day in two jewellers in Aberdeen - Beaverbrooks on Union Street and Finnies on George Street.

The first man is described as white, about 5ft 11in (1.8m) tall, of an athletic build, with blue eyes and light brown facial hair. He was wearing a distinctive fur-lined deer stalker hat, a grey and black striped top, an Adidas hooded gilet, navy jeans and light blue trainers.

The second man was also white, about 5ft 8in (1.72m) tall, with short dark hair. He was wearing a black hooded long sleeve top, light grey jogging bottoms, a dark baseball cap and light coloured trainers.
