Mark Brodie and James Williamson died in A9 crash near Dunkeld

Two men who died after a two-car crash on the A9 near Dunkeld have been named by police.

Mark Brodie, 48, from Leven in Fife, and James Alexander Williamson, 47, from Perth, suffered fatal injuries in the two-car collision which happened at about 16:05 on Thursday afternoon.

Their families have said they would be greatly missed.

Police Scotland appealed for anyone with any information about the crash to come forward.
