Police are investigating after three men broke into a Dundee house and demanded money from the occupants.

The trio entered the house on Finmore Place at about 03:15 on Sunday, waking up the two men who lived there.

The raiders demanded money, but left empty-handed. It is thought they headed towards Finlow Place in a car.

One of the men was about 6ft (1.83m) tall, wearing a grey hoodie, while the others were both 5ft 9in (1.72m) tall. Officers have appealed for information.

All three suspects spoke with local accents.
