Man charged after 27 windows smashed at Denny High School
A 21-year-old man has appeared in court after 27 windows were smashed with a pole at a Forth Valley secondary school.
The incident took place in the grounds of Denny High School on Sunday morning.
Police Scotland said the cost of repairing the damage was estimated at £8,100.
Connor Brown appeared at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Tuesday and the case was continued without plea until 20 June.
PC Iain Taylor, who is based at the school, said: "This type of behaviour has no place in our society, to cause such extensive damage to one of our learning establishments is totally unacceptable.
"This school benefits not only the children but provides facilities for our wider community."
