Suspicious device 'no threat to public'

A suspicious device discovered at a business in Camelon, near Falkirk posed no threat to the public, police have said.

Officers cordoned off Main Street for three hours on Wednesday after making the discovery.

Police found the device while executing a search warrant in connection with a fraud investigation.

Bomb disposal experts attended the incident along with fire and rescue crews.

Police Scotland said a man has been detained in connection with the fraud investigation.
