Police hunt youths after £20,000 Dundee car vandalism

Police are appealing for information after £20,000 of damage was caused to cars in Dundee.

More than 20 vehicles were damaged in the incidents, which took place on Sunday morning in the city's Hilltown.

Officers said that there was also significant fire damage to sheds at Dundee Law allotments, as well as several windows smashed.

Police want to speak to witnesses who may have seen a group of boys in their mid-teens in the early hours of Sunday.

The teenagers were seen in Law Road, Kinghorne Road, Stirling Avenue and Stirling Street.

Officers said one of the boys was wearing an orange top, and another was on a bicycle and wore a red jacket.
