Man found injured on Dundee street dies in hospital
A man who was found seriously injured in a Dundee street on Monday has died in hospital.
Nigel Poustie, 49, was taken to Ninewells Hospital after being found in Charleston Drive at about 18:30.
It is understood witnesses saw the 49-year-old fall several times before assistance was called.
Officers said his injuries were "non suspicious" but they are appealing for any witnesses who saw Mr Poustie on Monday to contact them.
They said he was wearing a dark jacket and black "tammy" hat with a red band around it.
Police had earlier appealed for help to establish the identify of Mr Poustie who was found near the junction with Spey Drive.
