Teenager charged after £40,000 farm blaze

A 14-year-old boy has been charged in connection with a fire that caused about £40,000 worth of damage at a Forth Valley farm.

The fire caused extensive damage to two outbuildings at the farm in Fallin, near Throsk, on 3 June.

Police Scotland said the boy was detained on Saturday and thanked the public for providing information.

The teenager will be reported to the Children's Reporter.
