Man airlifted to hospital after A9 crash

A9 collision

A 35-year-old man has been airlifted to hospital following a crash north of Dunblane.

The man suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the incident involving a van and a lorry on the A9 near Balhaldie.

He was transported to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary by helicopter after being freed from his vehicle.

The road was closed while emergency services dealt with the incident. One northbound lane has since reopened.
