Public meeting over Swansea coastguard station closure

Campaigners fighting the closure of a coastguard station in Swansea will hold their first public meeting on Friday evening.

It follows a decision by the UK government last week to close the station.

Swansea, with a staff of 28, is one of eight coastguard stations to undergo phased closures between 2012 and 2015.
