A 27-year-old man has been arrested after an incident with a ball bearing gun in a Gwynedd village early on Monday, say North Wales Police.
Armed police sealed off some streets at Rhostryfan following reports that the man was shooting at cars.
Three vehicles were damaged but no-one was injured in the incident.
The man, who is Polish, was held over firearms offences and criminal damage. He also faces a court hearing in London over an arrest warrant in Poland.
