One in hospital after fire in Cardigan, Ceredigion
Fire investigators are examining the scene of a bedroom fire in Cardigan, Ceredigion, which resulted in one person being taken to hospital.
Crews were called to a property in Melin Y Dre at 01:13 GMT on Saturday.
Mid and West Wales Fire Service said investigators were meeting scenes of crime officers, but it is unknown if the blaze was suspicious.
The ambulance service said one person went to Glangwili hospital, Carmarthen, but their condition is unknown.
The fire service said the blaze was contained in a first-floor bedroom, but the whole of the first floor was smoke-logged.
Two fire appliances were present and four sets of breathing apparatus were used, along with two thermal-imaging cameras.
