Brynmill body: Woman held on suspicion of murder is bailed

A woman arrested on suspicion of murder after a man's body was discovered at a house in Swansea has been released on police bail.

South Wales Police said they were continuing to investigate the death of the 38-year-old man, whose body was found at a home in Penbryn Terrace, Brynmill, on Sunday.

Officers have said the man's death is "unexplained".

The arrested woman, 33, was questioned at Swansea central police station.

Det Ch Insp Paul Hurley, of the specialist crime investigation team, said: "A team of officers are continuing to work on the investigation in order to establish the circumstances surrounding the death.

"Whilst the investigation is ongoing, officers are continuing to work with the local community to provide reassurance."
