Boy, 11, admits raping girl aged six

An 11-year-old boy has admitted raping a six-year old girl near his home in Gwynedd.

The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, also admitted three charges of sexual assault and one of common assault at Llandudno youth court.

The court heard he pushed the girl into a shallow pond.

District Judge Andrew Shaw delayed sentence until next month for reports to be prepared. He was given bail but cannot go out without an adult.

The boy is living with a relative in Anglesey.
