PFI: Firm denies blame for failed £20m police station bill talks

Talks to renegotiate a £20m deal over the building of a police station in Carmarthenshire have failed, a BBC Wales investigation has found.

Ammanford Police station was built more than a decade ago, but has been closed to the public since October.

The company who built it under a private finance initiative have spoken publicly for the first time.

They say they are not to blame for the failure to re-negotiate the 30 year deal.

Steffan Powell reports.
