21 August 2013 Last updated at 18:45 BST

The National Lottery has released a recording of the phone call in which a man from Merthyr Tydfil learned he had won £1m.

Keith Williams, 54, from Merthyr Tydfil, bought a EuroMillions ticket and won £1m in July.

A fellow member of his local social club won £1m on the EuroMillions game in 2011.

Mr Williams said he did not realise he was one of the 100 £1m winners until he got the call three days after the draw.
