Should Wales look to England over council cuts?

As councils in Wales wait to hear exactly how much money they will be given over the next few years, councils in England have already been making cuts.

BBC Radio Wales reporter David Grundy visited West Somerset to see if Welsh local authorities could learn any lessons from the smallest district council in England.
