Nicholas Griffin bailed after airport arrest

A former Wrexham man, who was arrested at Heathrow airport, has been released on police bail pending further enquiries on suspicion of a serious sexual assault.

Nicholas Griffin, 54, formerly from the Glyn Ceiriog area, was released after questioning by North Wales Police.

He was arrested at the airport after returning to the UK from Cambodia where he had run an orphanage.

He was taken to the force area for questioning.
