Rhyl Bargain Booze robbery: police hunt masked man

Police are hunting two men who robbed an off licence in Denbighshire, threatening workers with metal bars.

The incident happened at Bargain Booze, Wellington Road, Rhyl, on Sunday at 21:00 GMT.

Staff were shocked but uninjured. The masked men escaped with cash from the till. North Wales Police are appealing for witnesses to call 101.

One offender was wearing blue tracksuit bottoms with a light stripe on the sides. He is about 5ft 7in (1.70m).

The second man is said to be around 5ft 9in (1.75m). He was dressed all in black. Both wore balaclavas and gloves.

The men left the scene on foot towards Warren Road.
