'Body in boot' husband John Yates on murder remand

A man whose wife's body was found in the boot of a car outside a north Wales police station has been further remanded in custody, charged with her murder.

John Yates, 57, from Warrington, appeared at Mold Crown Court on Monday.

He is accused of murdering his wife Barbara Yates, 49, at an unknown location.

It is alleged that her body was found in the car outside a police building at St Asaph, Denbighshire, on Wednesday.
