Two men and two women arrested over Wrexham murder

A fourth person has been arrested in connection with the murder of a 25-year-old man in Wrexham.

The man, named locally as Sion Davies, was pronounced dead outside a property on Deva Way in Caia Park area in the early hours of Saturday.

North Wales Police said a man aged 32 was arrested on Monday afternoon.

A 53-year-old man and two women, aged 54 and 35, were arrested over the weekend and remain in custody at St Asaph.

It was previously understood that three men had been arrested.

North Wales Police want to speak to people who were in Deva Way between 18:30 BST on Friday and 01:00 BST on Saturday.

Det Insp Mark Hughes said: "I would like to reassure the community that a full and thorough investigation is under way.

"We have high visibility patrols in the area and I would appeal to anyone who may have information which may assist our investigation to speak to any officer or to contact North Wales Police on 101."
