A stadium fire has forced Welsh Premier League team Rhyl to postpone Saturday's home game with Carmarthen Town, said club officials.

The changing rooms were damaged and the team's kit destroyed in Wednesday's blaze which started in a boiler room.

The club said it cannot hold further games until approval is given by health and safety officials, making it a "distressing" time.

They have launched an appeal for help to "get back up and running again".
