The case of a man charged with attempted murder at a Tesco store has been delayed because the same barrister was instructed by both sides.

Zachary Davies, 25, appeared at Mold Crown Court, Flintshire, on Monday for a preliminary hearing.

But it was adjourned for the prosecution to find another lawyer.

Shopper Sarandev Bhambra, 24, from Yorkshire, suffered wounds to his hand, back and head at the store last week. The hearing will be held on Tuesday.
