Fiona George found hanged at Wrexham Maelor, inquest told
A woman took her own life while in hospital receiving treatment for mental health problems, an inquest has heard.
Fiona George, 30, was admitted to Wrexham Maelor in January 2014 after earlier attempts to end her life.
Her father Richard George told the Ruthin hearing it was "drastically wrong" she died after agreeing to treatment.
Coroner John Gittins said the health board had made improvements and recorded an accidental conclusion.
North East Wales Coroner Mr Gittins said that despite her history, he could not be sure Ms George, of Wrexham, intended to kill herself.
He said he could not "wave a magic wand and make everything better," but small changes made by Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board could make a big difference and, in his view, things were improving.
