Improvement works planned for A5 in north Wales
Commuters in north Wales could face further delays as improvement works have been announced for the A5.
Highways England said work will start in September on the A5 Gledrid roundabout between Chirk and Oswestry.
The work will not take place during peak hours to minimise disruption and diversions will be in place.
On Friday highways officials announced a seven week delay for the completion of work at the Posthouse roundabout at the junction of the A55 and A483.
The work on the A5 includes widening the road to provide two lane entry and exits and changes to road signs and markings.
