Heavy rain has brought flash flooding to parts of north Wales.

The underpass on the B5101 in Wrexham is flooded and only passable by some vehicles.

North Wales Fire and Rescue Service is dealing with a number of flooding incidents in the Gwersyllt area of Wrexham and Bagillt, Flintshire.

There is also an investigation as to whether a fire at a house in Old Rhosrobin, near Wrexham, was caused by a lightning strike.

Fire crews were called to the blaze at 14:20 BST, but it is now under control.

A thunderstorm has also damaged the roofs of a number of shops in Gwersyllt, including Iceland and Barnardos, and 14 properties in Bagillt are being pumped out due to flooding.

A Met Office yellow "be aware" warning was in place until 22:00 on Tuesday.
