Part of the road on the outskirts of the town of Conwy was blocked for a time on Friday after a mini-digger fell off a lorry at a railway bridge.

The incident happened at around 0830 BST at Conwy Morfa.

The bridge carries the main railway line along the north Wales coast between Llandudno Junction and Bangor.

A Network Rail spokesperson said engineers examined the bridge before it was given the all-clear.
