Caravan destroyed by fire at Clynnog Fawr, near Caernarfon

North Wales Police are investigating after a static caravan was destroyed by fire in Gwynedd early on Saturday.

Two fire crews from Caernarfon and Porthmadog brought the blaze under control at Clynnog Fawr, near Caernarfon, following the call-out shortly after midnight.

The fire is believed to have been started deliberately.

There are no reports of anyone being hurt, and police are appealing for witnesses.
