Holyhead pub murder: Man remanded after David Jones' death

A man accused of murdering a pub landlord on Anglesey has appeared at Mold Crown Court.

Peter Garrod, 24, from Trearddur Bay, entered no plea and was remanded in custody until 24 February 2015, when a plea hearing will take place.

It is alleged he murdered 46-year-old David Jones at the Blossoms pub in Holyhead on Friday afternoon.

The court heard a trial could take place in May or June next year.
