A man who was offered a home for Christmas after being forced to live in a cave has been banned from every pub in Llandudno.

Raymond Burton, 52, admitting breaching his anti-social behaviour order (Asbo) by swearing and behaving offensively when asked to leave a pub.

Llandudno magistrates imposed a six-month community order and reminded him his Asbo bans him from begging.

He was offered a flat after living in a tent in the cave on Great Orme.

He moved into the cave after becoming homeless.

But his situation was featured in the Daily Post, which prompted people to come forward with offers of help.

The court heard he has been offered temporary accommodation at a flat in Llandudno while a local church seeks somewhere for him to live.
