Cyclist in hospital after two bikes collide on cycle path

A cyclist has been flown to hospital after colliding with another bike on a cycle path in Conwy county.

The RAF Sea King helicopter from Valley in Anglesey was called to Llandulas at 10:30 BST along with an ambulance and the coastguards.

The helicopter landed in a nearby field to go to the cyclist's aid.

The person suffered pelvic injuries and was airlifted to Glan Clwyd Hospital in Rhyl, Denbighshire.
