Emma Baum died from severe head injuries, inquest told
A 22-year-old mother found dead in a rear yard at her home in Gwynedd had suffered severe head injuries, an inquest heard.
The body of Emma Baum was found at her home in Penygroes on 18 July. A man has been charged with her murder.
The injuries were given as the provisional cause of death at the inquest in Caernarfon which was adjourned on Thursday.
The coroner said there had been a considerable amount of blood.
Dewi Pritchard-Jones, senior coroner for North West Wales, said he was awaiting a detailed report following the post-mortem examination.
