Care and Repair's £6m to help elderly live at home
Older people's chances of living at home are being boosted by £6m for ramps, handrails and other measures.
The Care and Repair Service supports more than 40,000 people across Wales every year, the Welsh government said.
Communities Minister Lesley Griffiths said it allowed elderly people to "live safely in the homes they love with the dignity they deserve".
It is claimed the scheme saves more than seven times its cost by reducing hospital and residential care demand.
