South Wales Police concern at 'vulnerable' missing man

Police have appealed for information about a "vulnerable" 62-year-old man who has gone missing.

South Wales Police said Sidney Michael Evans, 62, was last seen in the Llandough area, near Penarth on Thursday morning.

Officers said they were concerned about the welfare of Mr Evans, who has connections with the Cardiff and Penarth areas.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Barry police station on 101.

Mr Evans is described as white, 5ft 7in (1.7m) tall with cropped receding grey hair and blue eyes.

He has distinctive tattoos on his hands and neck. On his right hand he has a tattoo of a swallow and a heart.

On his left hand he has a tattoo of the Roadrunner and Coyote cartoon characters and on each side of his neck he has unicorn tattoos.
