Gwent Police plea on 'potentially dangerous' patient

Police looking for a patient who absconded while in escorted care say he is potentially dangerous and should not be approached.

Russell Dugay, 40, a patient at Llanarth Court Hospital, Raglan, Monmouthshire, was last seen at 1200 BST on Monday.

He is white, 6ft 3in (1.90m), of very large build with dark brown shaved hair, and lots of tattoos.

Gwent Police believe he could be in the Swansea or Port Talbot areas.

The tattoos include one of an eagle on his left arm.

A police spokesperson said he was believed to be "potentially dangerous as he is no longer under controlled conditions and should not be approached".
