'Potentially dangerous' patient found by Gwent Police

A patient who absconded while in escorted care has been found.

Russell Dugay, 40, a patient at Llanarth Court Hospital, Raglan, Monmouthshire, went missing on Monday in the Cwmbran town centre area.

Gwent Police had warned the public that he was "potentially dangerous", adding that he should not be approached.

Police had believed he could have been in the Swansea or Port Talbot areas, where he has contacts.
