Four charged with sexually assaulting man, 24

Four men have been charged with sexual assault on a 24-year-old man found hurt outside a house, say Gwent Police.

Two, aged 21 and 19, from Oakdale, Caerphilly county, and a 21-year-old from Croespenmaen are accused of actual bodily harm and serious sexual assault.

A 22-year-old from Trinant is accused of sexual assault by touching. They are due before Caerphilly magistrates on Wednesday.

The injured man was found at Penbryn, near Blackwood.

Four other people have been bailed.

They include a 17-year-old girl arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of controlled drugs and assault, and a 23-year-old man arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of controlled drugs.

A 32-year-old man and a 23-year-old man were also arrested on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of controlled drugs and sexual assault.

Police said they had been released on bail pending further inquiries.

A 20-year-old man arrested on suspicion of being concerned with the supply of controlled drugs and sexual assault has been released with no further action.

A 23-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of being concerned with the supply of controlled drugs and assault has also been released.
