Cwmbran murder inquiry police name victim as Gary Suller

Police conducting a murder inquiry have formally identified a man whose body was found at a house in Cwmbran.

The family of Gary Suller, 45, issued a tribute through Gwent Police, describing him as a "beloved father, son and brother".

A 37-year-old man and a woman aged 26, have been arrested on suspicion of murder and are in police custody.

Mr Suller's body was found by police called to the property in Harold Street, Pontnewydd, on Tuesday.

The cause of death is yet to be established.

The family tribute said: "Words will never be able to fully express the depth of our loss.

"Gary was a beloved father, son and brother.

"For now we will have to take solace in the many, many happy memories of him."

Police said specialist officers are supporting Mr Suller's family, while colleagues continue to carry out enquiries in the area.
