Michael Dye death: Four men released from bail

Four men arrested over the death of Wales football fan Michael Dye outside Wembley Stadium have been released from bail, Metropolitan Police have said.

Mr Dye, 44, died of head injuries sustained just before the Wales-England Euro 2012 qualifier on 6 September.

Ian Mytton, 41, from Redditch, has been charged with Mr Dye's manslaughter.

A 42-year-old man arrested in Worcestershire and three other men arrested in the West Mercia police area were released from bail without charge.

Mr Dye, a Cardiff City fan, was found injured near Gate C at the stadium. He was taken to Northwick Park Hospital suffering from a fractured skull, but died shortly after arrival.

Mr Mytton appeared in Worcester crown court on 20 September and was remanded in custody.

He did not enter a plea, and is due back in court on 15 November.

He was remanded in in custody until 15 November.
